The system offers optional heated jaws with temperatures up to 600°C, alongside water-cooling options to maintain specimen stability. Stage travel is 10 mm standard (expandable to 20 mm), and jaw travel speeds range from 0.02 to 0.2 mm/sec, with digital position resolution of 100 nm. This combination ensures precision deformation control, thermal testing, and SEM-compatible sample imaging.
Compact, robust, and lightweight (3.2 kg excluding cables), the stage integrates seamlessly with most SEM setups while maintaining full software control via MICROTEST.
