Cryopreserved Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) are an invaluable resource for researchers investigating immune responses in vaccine development, drug discovery, cancer treatments, and many other fields involving Immune Monitoring.
Cells retain >90% viability upon thawing, with functionality comparable to freshly isolated PBMC. Donors are available in batches of up to 1200 vials of identical cellular material.
Cryopreserved, standardized batches of human PBMC purified from healthy leukapheresis donors are the ideal reference samples for ELISPOT and all Immune Monitoring applications.
Developed for microscale and small-sample mechanical testing, the MICROTEST 200N Stage offers dual-threaded leadscrews to move both jaws symmetrically, keeping the specimen centered for uninterrupted imaging. The stage integrates linear scales for elongation measurement and optical encoders for precise speed control, with Windows-based software for setting drive parameters and live stress-strain curve visualization.
Optional configurations include three- and four-point bending clamps, fiber clamps, and microscope mounting adapters. Custom models can be tailored with extended travel, longer specimens, and environmental controls, ensuring flexibility for advanced research needs.
The 200N Peltier heating & cooling variant provides temperature control from -20°C to +160°C via a temperature-controlled pad and self-contained water chiller, allowing accurate thermal testing while monitoring mechanical performance.
Load Range – 2N to 200N with miniature loadcells
